How We Ensure Quality
At Insha Packaging, we’ve implemented a comprehensive quality assurance protocol that covers the entire production lifecycle. Our standardized protocol combines with the meticulous eye of experienced inspectors. To ensure every bottle you receive meets the standards you expect.
Step 1: Raw Material Inspection
We rigorously test all incoming raw materials—sand, soda ash, and limestone—for purity to prevent impurities and bubbles in the molten glass.
Step 2: Light Inspection
On the production line, skilled workers inspect the product under special light panels. To ensure there are no appearance defects.
Step 3: Sampling Inspection
QC teams randomly test bottles from every atch for weight, height, and capacity deviation.
Step 4: Decoration Inspection
Printing, spraying, and coating are tested for color accuracy and adhesion.
Step 5: Packing Inspection
Before boxing, a final pre-pack inspection checks for cleanliness and ensures the correct dividers and cartons are used to prevent breakage during shipping.
Step 6: Inspection Report
Before shipment, we will provide the customer with a complete inspection report containing pictures and data.
