Ready to launch quickly and save on mold costs? We are happy to provide samples of our standard models for free, so you can evaluate their quality and feel in your own hands.
Cost: Samples are free of charge.
Shipping: You cover the courier fee. We can use your shipping account (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or provide a shipping quote.
Lead Time: Ships within 48 hours.
Sample: Custom Bottle
A prototype serves as our shared physical reference point, ensuring that every curve, angle, and detail is perfectly aligned with your expectations.
Cost: A sample development fee is required. This fee is often creditable towards your first mass production order.
Process: After our specialists discuss the project with you and place a sample order, we will arrange for sample production.
Lead Time: No need to re-mold, within 15 days; if a new mold is required, within 20 days.
Six Steps To Get A Customized Bottle Sample
Step 1: Talk Details
Discuss specific details: bottle style, volume as well as decorations, accessories, and packaging.
Step 2: Confirm Design
Once the details are clear, we create formal technical drawings and 3D renderings for your final approval.
Step 3: Charge For Samples & Making
A small sample‑making fee applies to cover mold and setup costs; this is refundable after mass order.
Step 4: Check The Production
When the factory starts to produce samples, we will go to the factory to check and make sure the production is running smoothly.
Step 5: Check Samples
After receiving the sample, we will check and test. After confirming the sample, we will send the sample to you.
Step 6: Notify The Customer
After the sample is shipped, we will send the tracking number and sample photos to customer.
